the brightest of brights.

Summer is beautiful. It calls for warm nights, trips to the pool, and most of all, colorful EVERYTHING. The world beams with radiant color when the summer season comes around, and even allows for a little mix-match of color in wardrobes.

One thing you all should know about me is that I don’t spend over 15$ for an item of clothing unless its something that will be used FOREVER (i.e. jeans, jackets, shoes). SO with that being said, I bought this skirt from a thrift shop for about 4$.

The top was given to me by my mom (thanks mom!) and I received the necklace for free with a purchase of a maxi dress. It has come in handy for sure :)

(definitely not the same, but I can’t find a similar one :/)

DSC_1622My best friend Esther, (who took these photos for me), was begging me to take a picture like this, and I’d have to say that I like how it turned out hehe :) My rings are all from Charming Charlie, bangles from F21, and other two bracelets…I actually have no idea.

Nail color is “Modern Girl” by OPI! It’s the perfect coral/orange color for summer!

Tops like these are a little difficult to wear, so make sure you’ve got a handy-dandy bandeau on hand! (Every girl needs one anyway!)

Oh, and you can never go wrong with a low bun in the summer heat! (And being barefoot! Who needs shoes when theres voluptuous, green grass to sink your toes into?!)

Hope you all have some awesome summer plans to enjoy over the next week! I think I’m going to indulge in several Starbucks frappuccinos in the next few days…Mocha cookie crumble=heaven.

with love, samm.
